Our Services

  • Intake Session / Initial Assessment

All new clients will have an initial session with one of our trained and compassionate clinicians to discuss your treatment goals and needs as well as complete demographic paperwork, review informed consent, go over our office and privacy policies, and get insurance and payment information squared away.

  • Individual Therapy

People come to individual therapy for a variety of reasons. Some of the more common ones include to learn more about themselves, process difficult experiences, resolve guilt and shame, learn how to set boundaries, work through personal or health issues, gain insight, be heard or witnessed by a neutral and non-judgmental party, and / or to build confidence and self-acceptance.

  • Family & Relationship Therapy

Family / relationship therapy can be beneficial for those in a committed or familial relationship looking to work together in a supported setting to build trust and intimacy, process significant events, or resolve conflict. We offer this service on a case-by-case basis to adults only.

DUE TO HIGH DEMAND, PLEASE NOTE THIS SERVICE IS ONLY CURRENTLY AVAILABLE TO CLIENTS FOR WHOM AT LEAST ONE PARTNER IS ALREADY ESTABLISHED WITH US ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND AS AVAILABILITY OF A SECONDARY IN-HOUSE THERAPIST ALLOWS.

  • Group Therapy

Group therapy is a great way to work on a specific mental health or behavioral issue while interacting and learning from others who may share similar experiences. Groups are a great way to practice interpersonal skills, assertive communication, socialization skills, and effective listening.

  • Behavioral Health Clearance Letters

Our clinical social workers are trained and qualified to provide one-time assessments for adults seeking mental health clearance letters for gender affirming medical procedures, bariatric surgery, and spinal cord stimulation.

  • Clinical Supervision

Our experienced directors offer professional services for pre-licensed clinicians and therapists-in-training. This involves one-on-one time to explore direct practice issues or concerns and strategize on treatment approaches.
