Individual Therapy

People come to individual therapy for a variety of reasons. Some of the more common ones include to learn more about themselves, process difficult experiences, resolve guilt and shame, learn how to set boundaries, work through personal or health issues, gain insight, be heard or witnessed by a neutral and non-judgmental party, and / or to build confidence and self-acceptance.

Therapy is voluntary and can be short-term and solution focused or ongoing and continually evolving. You will collaborate with your therapist one-on-one to determine your goals and needs.
