About Me

My clinical expertise is working with individuals living with and healing from substance use, trauma, eating disorders, and co-occurring anxiety and depression. Trained in EMDR, I believe in the importance of the body-brain connection and practicing mindfulness in every day living. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and that it is a foundation to growth and healing and I believe that you are the expert on yourself. If you feel like I would be a good fit to walk along side of you on this healing journey, please reach out.
