CRISIS RESOURCES (the following resources do not use police intervention)

Wildflower Alliance Peer Support Line (call 1-888-407-4515) - This peer support line is answered by a trained peer supporter who has their own first-hand experience with psychiatric diagnosis, trauma, addiction, and/or other interrupting challenges. This line does not collect personal information, perform assessment, or call crisis or the police. Staffed 7PM - 9PM Monday - Thursday and 7PM - 10PM Friday - Sunday.

THRIVE Text Support Line (text 1-313-662-8209) - THRIVE Lifeline offers judgment-free, confidential text messaging to individuals aged 18+. Operates 24/7/365.

Call BlackLine (call or text 1-800-604-5841) - a space for peer support, counseling, reporting of mistreatment, witnessing and affirming the lived experiences for folxs who are most impacted by systematic oppression with an LGBTQ+ Black Femme Lens. Call BlackLine® prioritizes BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color).

Trans Lifeline (call 1-877-565-8860) - provides trans peer support for our community that’s been divested from police since day one. We’re run by and for trans people. Staffed 1PM to 9PM Monday - Friday.

Strong Hearts Native Helpline (call or text 1-844-762-8483) - a safe, confidential and anonymous domestic and sexual violence helpline (online chat through website) for Native Americans and Alaska Natives, offering culturally-appropriate support and advocacy. Operates 24/7.

Fireside Project (call or text 1-623-473-7433) - psychedelic support line - free and confidential emotional support during and after psychedelic experiences, can match with a volunteer with shared identity for people who are BIPOC, transgender, and/or military Veterans. Open 1PM - 1AM daily.

Project LETS (text 401-400-2905) - a text line for urgent support with psychiatric incarceration / involuntary hospitalization in the US. Open 10AM - 4PM Monday - Saturday.

resolve Crisis Services (1-888-796-8226) - resolve is sponsored by Allegheny County and UPMC Western Psychiatric Hospital. They operate a 24/7 crisis hotline as well as mobile resources that are free and confidential for anyone in Allegheny County to use. They have a walk-in crisis center located at 333 North Braddock Avenue Pittsburgh, PA 15208.

Lifeline (call or text 988) - Lifeline is confidential, free, and available 24/7, connecting those experiencing a mental health, substance use, or suicidal crisis with trained crisis counselors.

RAINN National Sexual Assault Hotline (call 800-656-4673) - 24/7 free, confidential support and resources for those who have experienced sexual assault / violence.
