Co-Founder & Practice Director
About Me
I am a passionate and person-centered licensed clinical social worker with over 16 years of direct practice experience. My professional experience has included work in program development, administration, and crisis intervention in both community-based and private clinical settings. I am fiercely committed to social justice, harm reduction, and restorative-based alternatives to traditional systems. I have master’s degrees in embodiment studies and psychological trauma, social work, and public health as well as advanced training and practice with co-occurring disorders / addiction and forensics.
My vision for co-founding this practice is that it would provide high quality support and services to people who need it, when they need it, and how they want it. This means we prioritize being able to accept Medicaid in a private practice setting; we offer evening and weekend availability and a variety of modalities to avoid or minimize wait times to care; and we have high standards for the clinicians who represent us. We are thoughtful and intentional on being a meaningful space for practitioners in this community to thrive and grow professionally.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Pennsylvania State Board of Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists and Professional Counselors, #CW022123

Areas Of Focus
I most commonly work with people navigating forensic / legal issues, sexual abuse, trauma and embodiment issues, grief & loss, substance & process addictions, and those having concerns with impulse control and interpersonal issues.
I am part of / commonly work with the LGBTQ+ community as well.
How I Help
My approach is relational and radical. I am passionate about intersectional feminism, anti-oppression, harm reduction, and anti-pathologization. I integrate aspects of narrative therapy, CBT, DBT, integrated dual disorder treatment, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
Please note that I currently have limited availability for individual clients as my main role serves in the operations of the practice.
